Mission Statement
Our team has come together to collaborate on designing an action research project to systematically evaluate and analyze our teaching practices as elementary school teachers. Our goal is to improve teaching and learning in our schools and increase student performance.

I’m impressed by your adjustments based on the literature. Your question has me wondering what type of brain break I could use in our next face-to-face class. Any advice?

  2. Thank you, Professor Hobar! I wonder if different types of brain breaks would be more enjoyably and/or effective for different ages. A topic for further research! Although in my experience, all ages can enjoy and benefit from doing yoga, as long as the instructions are tailored to the students. A lot of adults seem to crave the relaxation and stretching!
